Easy access to rwy 09/27 and 17/35 by paved taxi way. Two fuel providers at airport.
Monthly rent from hangar leasee. Require onre month rent $350 as security deposit and first month $350 in advance. Rent due on first of each month, paid by check. I will commit up to one year use/storage if requested. Will reevaluate after first year.
As landlord, I reserve the right to store a few aviation parts along side wall out of way of tennant's plane. Possibility of storage of experimental aircraft wings, etc., along one wall. The new tennant will be given the combination to the hangar door locks. The tennant must have full insurance on plane.
No fuel, paints, construction allowed in hangar. Only allowed for use to store plane.
