KCMA - 1500 sq. ft. Box Hangar

For sale is Hangar P-150 at Camarillo Airport, KCMA. It is across from the County hangars and is in the closest rows of hangars to the Waypoint Café. To the west is the Wash Rack and these are commonly referred to as the “Wash Rack Hangars” when communicating with KCMA Ground.

The hangar is in very good condition, comparable to other hangers in the row. The hangar is around 1500 square feet, and the dimensions are approximately 42” wide by 38” deep. You can fit pretty much any single engine GA plane in there. I have a 172L in there that has plenty of room to spare. I recently replaced the fluorescent lights with high-power (120W) LED lights. The doors have been lubricated and tuned up and there are 2 fire extinguishers that will remain with the hangar.

The ground lease for the hangar was signed in December of 2022 for a term of 20 years, and the lease allows subsequent owners to assume the existing lease. There is no reversion of the ground lease. The current ground lease payment is $240 per month.
