Hayward Hangars for Lease - 6 mo, 12 mo, and 36 year Ground lease

Hayward Hangars, LLC owns and operates a general aviation airplane hangar project in a prime location at​ Hayward Executive Airport (HWD). Building B has 18 42' x 34' box hangars. Building A has four 50' x 50' and four 50' x 40' box hangars. Each hangar unit has electric bi-fold doors, ample lighting, three-phase power, and fire sprinkler protection. Tenants enjoy access to private lavatories and parking. The project is within walking distance of Home Depot, the airport administration building, the La Quinta Inn and the Home2 Suites, several restaurants, and a shopping center.

HWD is one of the leading general aviation airports in the Bay Area. It is located 25 miles southeast of San Francisco, 26 miles north of San Jose, and 14 miles south of Oakland. HWD is a controlled field with a localizer system, and has two parallel runways, one of which is 5,694 feet long. The airport has two vendors of jet fuel and aviation gas, an aircraft wash rack, and several providers of aircraft maintenance services. There is a self-service aviation gas fuel farm.

General

• Three-phase power (60 amps) in each building.  A three-phase power outlet may be installed in each unit.

• Internet access may be provided by AT&T, Verizon Wireless or Viasat.

• Two rest rooms for the exclusive use of tenants.

• 24-hour access via secure gate.

• Ample private parking in the driveway.  Parking spaces inside the fence available for rent.

• Building B

  • Dimensions:  Each hangar unit in Building B is 42’ wide and 34’ deep.  The doorway clearances are 40’ wide and 16’ high.

  • Electric bi-fold doors with a man-door in each door.

  • Rent:  $1,650 per month on a one-year lease.  There are no other charges.  We can also enter into leases with shorter or longer terms.  Hangar units are also available for purchase.

  Building A

  • There are two sizes of units:  50' x wide x 40' deep and 50' x 50'.  The doorway clearances are 48' wide and 16' high

  • Single-piece hydraulic doors with a man-door in each door.

  • Rent on a one-year lease:
