-Concrete floor (no major defects).
-In-hangar electrical access.
The owner will become a voting member of an association (The Hartford Tees) that handles negotiations with the Connecticut Airport Authority (Airport/Land Owner).
The Hartford Tees Association arranges for:
-Hangar repair
-Hangar door upkeep (optional $65.00 quarterly optional charge)
-Grass management
-Snow removal
-Insurance costs.
The Hartford Tees has recently elected to continue with a newly-signed lease agreement with the Airport Authority (10-year lease with (2) 5-year options to extend). The agreement stipulates required work to the hangars in order for the lease extension to be implemented. The fee presented to the membership associated for all association members in regards to this work will be covered by the seller (this is the reasoning for the price). Sale would be pending final approval of, and verificaiton that land lease will be implemented. This will not be sold if land lease is not extended. Price is negotiable.
