Hangar #P-51, located adjacent to gate at the fire station.
It fit a G3 Cirrus SR-20 comfortably. Monthly land rent $120 and yearly electirc ~$100.
Hangar could use a little cosmetic love: asphalt floor has some cracks, but we were always able to roll over it fine. Overhead door will need a new spring soon, which we have ordered. Minor cracks and rust here and there, but overall in fine condition and in such a great location!
Asking $35,000. Open to renting, but much prefer just to sell it.
