Falcon Field KFFZ Hangars (3)

I have 3 total hangars for sale:

2 of them are 50' wide and 30' deep. Perfect for light single/twins with room to park next to the plane and plenty of storage left over...

1 is a standard 50' wide and 40' deep hangar.

These hangars are 900-1200 per quarter for: HOA, taxes, ground lease etc. They are on the coveted north side of Falcon Field (KFFZ) which is awesome. It is quiet and the city doesn't bother us PLUS all the flight schools and most of the traffic use the south runway, so you can get in and out easily without a wait. LONG lease +/- 50 years remaining and its already been extended prior (Mesa has shown they want these hangars to remain)... unlike most surrounding airports.

Comps are hard to find (so if you have good information I'd love to discuss it), but I'm asking $375k for the 50x30 and 450k for the 50x40. All are currently rented if you wanted to leave income producing tennants in place, or you can terminate month to month leases (tennants have been in place for 6mo, 7 years, and 10+ years).
