If youre interested, Id like $825 per month which covers what it costs me in rent and basic utilities each month.

Sheltair would have any prospective tenant sign a Joinder agreement and provide proof of insurance with Sheltair as a named beneficiary. As a based tenant, you are not subject to KISM landing fees.

I would need a sub-lease agreement signed and I will provide a copy of KISM tenant rules.

I will be keeping my current stored belongings in the hangar during the sub-lease.
