Long-term lease is also negotiable.  Hangar door is 56' wide, 18' high. Runway suitable for aircraft up to 12,500 lbs. Hangar has 250A 3-phase service. New concrete epoxy floor.  High speed internet within hangar.  Option for installing water/sink, bathroom, pilot lounge, etc for long-term leases.  Multi-use options (RVs, cars, aircraft, business operations, etc). Tenants have same rights to air park as residents, including fuel discounts for Jet A and 100LL.  Hangars and airpark grounds are secured-access. Hangars are commercial use and business can be operated on site, but cannot be used as a residence and are not public-facing (cannot be used as a retail store-front). Flight school operations not allowed at this air park.  Taxi-backs allowed but no touch-and-go operations. Tenant must have insurance on contents and include our hangar LLC as additional insured.
