KVGT T-hangar

Description:

Located in a private row with 6 T-Hangars and 4 executive hangars just inside the North Gate. Public restroom one row over. Very short taxi to 7/12R runup area. I need to confirm hangarheight and I'll take measurements for the door dimensions. Door is bi-fold, automatic door with a remote and auto gust locks. Back of the hangarhas a storage platform with an elevator. Small office in back right corner with accordian folding walls, AC, Fridge, Desk, Microwave. Long 15' work bench along the back wall with a vice and multiple drawers. Sink in the hangar. Water for the row is located directly next to the hangardoor entrance. Electronic door access (PIN, Wifi, Bluetooth)
