We are selling our hangar at the Boulder City airport becasue we moved from southern Nevada to Indiana.

This hangar is number 33 on Taxiway 2 near the pilot restrooms.

The hangar features an electric bifold door, an exterior wall mounted swamp cooler, running water, and an aircompressor.

We pay about 120 per month to the hangar association and they use those funds to pay for the ground lease to boulder city and for the hangar insurance.

The hangar currently has a 14year ground lease with an option to extend for 10 more years to bring the total ground lease length to 24 years.

This is a great hangar we would be keeping it if we still lived local.
