Hangar unoccupied, was previously my personal hangar. North side (quiet, cool neighbors, and no trainee students) of Falcon field. Bifold door with 24/7 access. Hangar is wide enough to put most singles in AND a vehicle next to them making it easy to get where you're going. Ive seen a malibu in a hangar of this size.

These don't come available often... my other hangars have been rented for 8 and 10 years respectively, so don't think too long. All that you pay is the monthly rent and whatever electricity you use... no additional NNN fees/HOA fees etc.
