KTTD Multi-engine Hangar for Share

Description:

I am looking for a partner to share my hangar at KTTD. The hangar is large enough for two airplanes.

Dimensions:

60' wide with doors that open across the entire width.

The depth changes at various points. From left to right the depth is:

35' deep by 10' wide.

19.5' deep by 20' wide.

35' deep by 20' wide

19.5' deep by 10' wide.

Height: unknown but likely about 15' I can get this dimension if you need it.

I am in Portland roughly half the time. I have an RV-7A.

I am looking for someone with a small high-wing airplane to share the cost of the hangar with. Price is negotiable depending on what airplane you have and what your exact needs are.

Also, there is potentially room to store some personal belongings such as a boat with trailer.

I have already talked to the owner of the hangar and he is OK with the sublet but he will verify ownership of your airplane and you will need to maintain insurance on your airplane. I can provide those details when we talk.
