Hangar A1 is one of eleven new hangars recently built at the prestigious Marco Island Executive Airport KMKY with 5000ft x 100ft runway and first class $18M Terminal building/FBO. Note that it has a Naples address due to being located just across the bridge from Marco Island. Max 15 minute drive to anywhere on Marco Island. Due to limited land, its expected there will not be any more hangars built in the near future. The City has an estimated waiting period over 10s year for municipal and had only sixteen total. This gated access hangar is a 55ft x 70ft x 17.5ft hangar and has two small access doors, one with keyless entry. There are private restrooms nearby for the hangar group. It includes use of an electric Best-Tug B12 to easily put your plane in and out that also has an air compressor, jump start and GPU power, C-clamp for wheel pants and chock with strap for non-panted wheels. There are two lounge chairs and a large fan if you need a relaxing wait however a short walk to the recently completed beautiful state of the art terminal building has all the additional comforts you may require.Monthly rates available.
