Located at Spicewood Airport (88R) just 22 miles West of Austin. 88R features a 4300x38 foot paved runway and fuel. This fantastic insulated corporate hangar has 5400 feet of hangar space and 2800 feet of build out consisting of four upstairs offices, and a studio apartment. Downstairs is an open air conditioned area with a sink and refrigerator. The hangar door is a custom made hydraulic door which is 70 foot wide and 17 foot height clearance. Paved taxiway on one side just 300 feet from the fuel farm. The back side of the hangar has a 16 foot commercial roll up door.
