Gorgeous hangar custom built in 2006.  Wood construction, insulated, (shiplap pine rough side in), cement floor (carpeted), metal roof, heated (heat pump and large ceiling gas heater), Generac generator, alarm system, heated bathroom, has it's own well, second floor is finished and could quite easily be made into a living space, overhead lift (2), internet and phone service available, Schweiss bifold door will accomodate plane on amphibs, excellent lighting, stereo system, exposed to the sun most of the day, 50 x 50 hot top in front, grass strip which is never wet (no mud). Also included is a beautiful1969 black/blue Bronco with a 100 gallon storage tank which I kept at my destination airport. There also is a 100 gallon tank in the hangar.
