The unit is located on the end of the row, meaning you can pull your plane out without worrying about other planes wanting to pass. And because it is on the end, it has a side pedestrian door and is convenient to the parking lot when guests visit.

In one corner there is a kitchenette next to a laundry room - above that is a bath (with shower)/ office. The epoxy floors are in serviceable condition. LED lighting.
