Without question best Exec I hangar at Oakland.  Beautiful raised concrete polymer finished floor.  Looks amazing.  Easy to keep clean.  Hangar is dry.  Does not leak.  Floor is raised 2 inches and is impervious to issues some of the hangars at the port-a-ports have.   Hangar is electrified with solar and has bright energy effecient LED shop lighting.  Plenty of outlets. Two turbine vents to control humidity.  12 volt solar power battery minder.  Helpful keeping with the logevity of lead acid batteries.
