Plan to meet for coffee locally.

This is an extremely nice GA airport with a wonderful tower. I fly out of neighboring Santa Paula airport as well now and would welcome a subletter for at least a year... a Pitts type could probably sublset indefinitely as I intend to keep this hangar for a go-fast second plane of my own. Basing yourself in high competition airports is the first step to finding your own hangar when they pop up!
