There are actually two hangars separated by an open wall. The bigger hangar has the following dimensions: 150' wide, 175' deep, and 46' tall. The smaller hangar has the following dimensions: 107' wide (door), 245' deep, and 22' tall on the door, 30'-35' on the ceiling.
These are the hangars that stored all of the warbirds that were owned by the Lone Star Flight Museum. Currently, there are two Lear 60s and several RVs that are being stored in there. Other than that, there is tons of space available.
Prices will be determined by square footage needed, but will be very competitive with Hobby and Ellington airports in Houston.
