T Hangar available for a short term sub-lease at KISM Kissimmee Gateway airport

I will not be parking my plane in my hangar in Kissimmee from Mid June until mid-September and I have approval from Sheltair to sub-lease it.

If you’re interested, I’d like $825 per month which covers what it costs me in rent and basic utilities each month.

Sheltair would have any prospective tenant sign a “Joinder” agreement and provide proof of insurance with Sheltair as a named beneficiary. As a based tenant, you are not subject to KISM landing fees.

I would need a sub-lease agreement signed and I will provide a copy of KISM tenant rules.

I will be keeping my current stored belongings in the hangar during the sub-lease but should not need access.

I would prefer to do this as a 90 day sub-lease agreement rather than anything shorter just to keep things simple. There is a possibility for an extension.
