I have sold my plane and have room for a plane now in my executive hangar. Hangar has insulation, epoxy floors and a bathroom.  I may be buying another plane but I would also be willing to trade partial hangar cost for light use of the plane (est 20 hours/year). I am a professional pilot with several thousand hours and have owned a few different types.I am also a CFI if that could help.  I would prefer a bonanza, cirrus 22, 206, or light twin if this arrangement were to work. Otherwise I will just likely be buying a new plane soon.
