Description of Facilities:
Dimensions are accurate and provided as best effort. The dimensions start with the hangar on the right hand side of the picture. This hangar is actually 3 separate hangars under roof. Each hangar bay is divided by fire walls. This was accomplished to meet government certification requirements. The right hand bay measures 15625 square feet with 3125 square feet of office space, the center bay is 21250 square feet with 8500 square feet of double stacked office space. The center bay has a 28' door. Above the door was modified to accommodate a Boeing 737. The left hand bay is 15625 square feet with 6250 square feet of office space. This bay has a full length mezzanine on the south wall for storage. All three hangar bays are heated. There is an insulated lean-to on the left hand side of the left side hangar bay measuring 1875 square feet that contains numerous shops. The next hangar complex has a hangar that measures 82' W x 161' D x 25' H. This heated hangar has approximately 2000 square feet of office space. These offices were built to accommodate a second story if required. Moving left there is a climate controlled shop that has 1200 square feet and was designed as a sheet metal shop. It has two insulated garage doors on the airport side (west). There is a substantial metal awning designed for shaded maintenance/aircraft run-up. Behind the sheet metal shop inside the hangar are office spaces specifically designed for administration, avionics shop and wire harness fabrication. Additionally, there are offices being used for design, engineering and drafting. Adjacent to the awning is a heated hangar that measures 8100 square feet. The hangar bay measures 108' W x 75" D x 25' D (D is an estimate). On the north side of the hangar bay (left) is an office area that measures approximately 9000 square feet and includes 18 small offices, a large office and a large conference room. There is space above these offices that measures approximately 9000 square feet and is presently being used for storage. This entire complex except for the initial hangar described was formerly a FBO and was completely reconstructed in 2006. The road behind the entire complex is North Main Street (Business 287) which is one of the major through fares in Fort Worth. In addition to the hangar complex on the east side of the airport there is substantial ground space available for additional hangar construction. The total area leased from the city is 465,134 square feet. This area includes several potential hangar build sites. In the past 9 months the city completed significant ramp reconstruction on this lease site. All of the area described is in one contiguous lease site and encompasses 12.968 acres.
